1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile applications published by Michał Tajchert (“the Developer”, “we”, “us”) on the Apple App Store and Google Play (collectively, “the Apps”). By using the Apps, you agree to this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal data or any other information about you. The Apps are designed to function entirely on your device. Specifically:

• We do not ask for, gather, or store names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any other identifying information.
• We do not collect usage data, behavioural data, or device identifiers.
• We do not use cookies or any similar tracking technologies.

3. Analytics and Tracking

The Apps contain no analytics, telemetry, advertising, or tracking software of any kind. We do not use third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, or similar), and we do not embed advertising SDKs.

4. Data Transmission and Third Parties

The Apps do not transmit any user data to us or to any third party. No information leaves your device as a result of your use of the Apps. Because no data is collected or transmitted, we do not share, sell, or disclose any user data to anyone.

Any data the Apps create (such as settings or content you produce) remains on your device under your control. Standard platform features provided by Apple or Google (for example, app downloads, updates, or optional device backups) are governed by the respective platform’s own privacy policy, not by us.

5. Children’s Privacy

Because the Apps collect no data whatsoever, they do not knowingly collect any information from children. The Apps are safe to use in this respect regardless of the user’s age.

6. Your Rights and Data Deletion

Privacy laws such as the GDPR and CCPA give you rights to access, correct, or delete personal data held about you. Since we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to access, export, or delete. Any data stored locally by an App can be removed by deleting that App from your device.

7. Security

As no data is collected or transmitted, there is no personal data held by us that could be exposed in a data breach.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. If the Apps’ behaviour ever changes in a way that affects your privacy, this policy will be revised before that change takes effect.
